IT Manager (Post Falls, ID) Full-time

Instant Tax Solutions is currently seeking a full-time Information Technology Manager.

The Information Technology Manager position is responsible for the day-to-day upkeep of Instant Tax Solutions, IT systems through monitoring performance, maintaining and updating servers and software, supporting technical incidences and user management and/or developing business solutions. The IT Manager will support the following functional areas:

– Data
– Networking
– IT Infrastructure
– Collaboration Services
-SEO
-Voice

The position will require communication with end users and other IT professionals, adherence to standard guidelines and policies, and troubleshooting.

License or Certification:
Total Education, Vocational Training and Experience:
– Associates Degree or Undergraduate degree recommended
– Minimum 2 years of experience

– Familiar with:
*Data center operational processes, tools and monitoring procedures
*Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)

  • Execution of standard troubleshooting procedures
*Tracking and reporting defects and issues
*Documenting issues and resolutions System update cycles and procedures
*User management
*Performance management and tuning
*Standard support procedures and techniques
  • Understanding of server configuration, troubleshooting, maintenance and performance
*System and Data Backup
*Privacy and Security
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and experience tuning SQL
*Installing operating system updates
*Oversee and manage all day-to-day SEO initiatives
*Significant experience with usability, search engines and optimization strategies
*Work closely with Content, Product and Technical systems
  • Develop, execute and optimize strategic Web marketing plans and create and report on a wide range of key performance indicators using Web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) and social media monitoring
  • Basic understanding and experience with collaboration technologies such as email, instant messaging, blogging and experience designing and implementing solutions utilizing these technologies
