Atlas Staffing, Inc is looking for accounting professionals for an opening with a local bank. Only individuals with a combination of at least 5 years of accounting/bookkeeping experience, including at least an AA degree in Accounting will be considered for interviews.

The primary purpose of this position is to accurately represent transactions in the general ledger and subsidiary ledgers in a timely manner. In accordance with prescribed methods of operating policies and established practice, this position is responsible for recording routine and non-routine transactions on a daily basis, reconciling general ledger and subsidiary ledger accounts, and preparing various internal and external reports. The position requires a thorough understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting
Principles and how journal entries affect general ledger accounts, as well as a broad knowledge of ancillary accounting processes such as depreciation and payroll. The individual interacts with Loan,
Deposit and Operational personnel in a support role to facilitate Bank business. Must ensure the confidentiality of accounting, payroll, and general Bank records, information, and knowledge. May
perform other duties as necessary.

Only professional, experienced candidates will be considered for this position. Selected candidates will be tested in several areas to ensure their skills and experience reflect the requirements for this position.
