Engagement Specialists



PromoWorks is actively seeking motivated, energetic, engaging, and sales driven people to conduct in-store sampling events. As a customer focused individual you will have a unique opportunity to display your skills and ability that relates to promoting, selling and educating consumers on products that affect their shopping experience. PromoWorks is the leader in the in-store sampling industry executing events nationally. Representing clients with a higher level of delivery and execution, we hold our agents to the highest standards.



We are looking for Engagement Specialists in the greater Spokane area, Liberty Lake, Colville, Newport, Walla Walla and Cheney. We are also looking for agents in the Lewiston and CoeurD'Alene area.



Responsibilities:

 Set-up demonstration/event area

 Prepare samples to recommended trial size (may include cooking)

 Engage and interact with consumers to increase brand awareness and sales

 Distribute marketing materials such as coupons, nutritional information, etc.

 Clean up and teardown demonstration area

 Report results accordingly



Requirements:

 Be a self-starter with confidence and enthusiasm

 Greet, engage, and encourage consumers to sample

 Thrive in a sales goal environment

 Establish a positive rapport with in-store contacts and Managers

 Able to lift 20-50 lbs; supply and utilize items such as toaster ovens, hot plates, crock pots, electric skillets, microwaves

 Comply with uniform standards

 Achieve compliance with all food safety requirements and regulations

 Be able to work Fridays, Saturdays and/or Sundays

 Be able to stand for up to six hours

 Transportation to and from retail location

 Physical Demands: Pull, push, bend and/or stoop, continuously stand, use hands and feet for repetitive motion
