Full-time, on-site, resident manager needed for a 115 unit apartment community in Spokane Valley
Looking for a proven leasing person who call compete in a very competitive, leasing area.
Property is in great condition, with amenities, views and awesome location.
Position is Monday through Friday with benefits and commissions.
Starting wage is $12-$13 per hour
Requirements for position:
Excellent oral and written communication skills
High level of customer service skills
Ability to "sell" community via phone and live showings
Must have professional appearance
