Kaizen Assembly, a lean training, engineering, and implementation firm located in Bellingham, WA is currently seeking a Lean Implementation Specialist to conduct training and onsite implementations to our nationwide list of clients. Candidate will also assist in the start up and help direct a Spokane County regional office sometime this year. Must have a minimum of 8 year experience teaching and conducting hands kaizen events. Deep understanding and hands on experience in 5S, Cell Manufacturing, Kanban, Setup Reduction, Total Productive Maintenance, Mistake Proofing, Standard Work, Single Piece Flow, Value Stream Mapping, Data Collection, Strategic Planning is required. Project management skills, solid and professional customer service, and general business knowledge needed as well. Travel will be required and candidate would have to come to Bellingham for orientation and training. If you do NOT meet these qualifications, do not apply.
