Partner Wanted- Mobile Vendor meat sales (Spokane and surrounding area) Full-time

I am interested in partnering with an individual for the purpose of retail seafood and meat sales. The ideal person I seek would have prior experience and knowledge in the sales and distribution of these commodities, but this is not required. Another plus, but not required, is experience in mobile unit concession sales; any other business experience is also of value to the partnership. This is not an employee position, I am looking for a business partner. At the present time, all of the administrative State requirements have been completed, met, inspected and approved; the vendor unit is built, the business has a registered trade name and this is a bona fide business ready to be launched. I would expect my partner to also share in the capital investment part of this venture, which would be approximately 10K, to cover partnership buy-in and initial product purchase costs. I am willing to carry a note on the additional investment dollars that I have already put forth until the business is established and showing a profit. This a brief overview of the business venture. The company has a SRHD permit for 2012; the unit has an L&I Insignia and is licensed and ready to roll.
