Farmers Insurance Agency Customer Service Representative (Spokane Valley)

I own and operate insurance agency in the Spokane Valley and I am looking to possibly hire someone approx. April 1st 2012 for part-time (possibly full-time eventually) employment as a customer service representavie in my office.
Pay depends on experience, if you are already P&C insurance licensed that is a plus, but not required. Possibility to also eventually become a producer if you wish, unlimited earning potential at that point, but that will be determined at a later date once the person is licensed, trained and up to speed.(if you even want to do so, not required).
Duties include but not limited to:
- Answering the phone/customer questions/payments, etc.
- Customer account changes (address changes, policy changes, etc.)
- Quoting insurance
- Assisting with paperwork, etc.
- Scanning documents
Basic computer skills are a must. Our office is professional but dress is office casual, Please reply with your email address so I can reply and have you send me a resume ideally begin with, I would like to have someone work Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday from about 9/10AM to 3/4PM - (which might be ideal for someone with kids in school etc.) Possibility to work more, or even work for yourself if you want to earn some commissions too (once licensed, etc.) we'll discuss it, please just send a resume or email, thank you.

- Compensation: Hourly varies depending on experience, Commission also available once licensed.
