Thank you for your interest in HEYL TRUCK LINES. We are a driver friendly company that
believes that YOU, the PROFESSIONAL DRIVER, is the most important asset for providing
the service expected from our Customers. HEYL TRUCK LINES has been on the road since 1949.
You can expect to log 10,500 to 12,000 miles per month. Teams can expect to drive 15,000 to
20,000 miles per month. These are averages and it will depend on your driving habits and
availability.
The truck that you will be driving will be 4 years or newer. Most of our trucks are conventional
Freightliners (Mid Roof’s) & Volvo’s equipped with the Large sleepers, cruise, jakes,
AM/FM/CD, etc. Once we assign you a truck we will not slip seat you.
US Solo Competitive Pay Package
Drivers ***Dependent on Verifiable Experience
$ .36 to $ .38 per mile on loads 300 + dispatched miles (Base Rate)
Add an extra $.40 per mile to base rate on loads less than 70 Miles (Loaded)
71 – 100 miles will be a flat rate $60 (Loaded)
101 – 150 miles will be a flat rate $70 (Loaded)
151 – 200 miles will be a flat rate $80 (Loaded)
Add an extra $.08 per mile to base rate on loads 201 – 300 Miles (Loaded)
Note: We have over 400 trucks on the road, average length of haul 1200 miles!
Incentive Program
Sign On Bonus !!!
$ .05 per dispatched miles added to base rate after 28K for the quarter
$ .01 per mile Performance/Safety paid quarterly
$ .01 to $ .02 per mile fuel mpg / idle
Additional Pay provided by Heyl
Additional stop pay 1st -$15.00 2nd -$30.00 3rd -$45.00
Layover, Motel, and Unloading Allowances Detention Pay
(We pay for the Lumpers!)
Referral Bonus Program ($500.00 paid for each referral hired)
