We are building maintenance mechanic

Major duties:
Do day to day routine inspections and preventive maintenance of building structural conditions and tools. Accountable for repairs and changes to building inside and outside. Keep appropriate record as required, to fulfill our regulatory needs. Do other related duties as required.

Qualifications:

• The chosen candidate should possess at least Grade 12 education with 5 months working background in building upkeep.
  
• Possess excellent technical knowledge of HVAC specifically in fans and filtration systems.Should be able to operate simple shop equipment. Should do work well in a team atmosphere, interact efficiently and establish good rapport with customers.
