Client Assistance Representative (Spokane)

The customer service representative position executes various project responsibilities and requires great communication skills, with the capacity to work with users diplomatically. This individual provides several services to the firm, which include accounts receivables and account maintenance, customer support and technical service. This person is accountable for answering inbound sales inquiries from potential clients. The client support rep is a subject matter master. The client service rep position might interface directly or indirectly with clients and the majority of communication would be on the telephone or via Email.
