• Works with suppliers on PCN and EOL issues.
  
• Uses Agile for component change order processing to document component validation.
  
• Support manufacturing by providing alternate source components and part number validation, as needed.
  
• Helps to design and implement improved processes used by CAD and Engineering in the technical side of the change order process.
  
• Supports general sustaining group activities like failure analysis and RMA of returned products.
  
• Other duties as required.
  
  

• BSEE, 3-5 years industry experience is a plus.
  
• Experienced working with suppliers, contract manufacturers, procurement, doc control, product managers, etc.
  
• Self motivated, team player, good written and verbal communications skills.
  
• Supplier management experience working with an outsource environment.
  
• Knowledgeable about BOM structures, MS Word, MS Excel.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Knowledge of Agile PLM, Agile PG&C, and Mentor Graphics preferred.
  
• Skilled at RoHS BOM compliance requirements.
