Occupational Therapist Assistant Job Description

Located on the campus of Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center & Children’s Hospital, St. Joseph is a 162-bed, licensed skilled nursing facility with one of the highest patient acuity levels in the state; providing long-term care services as well as short-term rehabilitation care for orthopedic, cardiac and neurological patients as they transition from hospital to home. Infinity Rehab is looking for a full-time Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant that is clinically driven and self-motivated for this facility. Full-time employment consists of 32 to 40 hours. This facility offers a large therapy room/gym with an extensive selection of therapy equipment.
