We are currently seeking a RN Supervisor in our Spokane office. This position is for a RN who enjoys working with the long term care population and is interested in making a difference in the lives of others. The RN Supervisor position will report to the Executive Director. Candidates must have a Washington State Registered Nursing license, excellent references, and must be able to pass a background check. This is a salaried position offering 40 hours per week, competitive wages, medical, dental, vision coverage, and paid holidays.



Well-qualified candidates will have the following:



Core Responsibilities:

• Patient assessments

• Skilled nursing visits as well as non-skilled

• Care plan development

• Nurse delegation

• Supervision of client care services

• Clinical supervision

• Staff trainings at orientations

• Coordination of services

• Interaction with clients, families, and referral sources

• Compliance with all Federal, State and local laws

• General office and computer experience to include Microsoft Word and Excel

• Experience motivating others

• Experience working in a diverse working environment

• Organized & detail oriented problem solver

• Excellent communication and documentation skills

• Reliable transportation, valid Driver License, acceptable driving record, current vehicle insurance.



Education and Experience:



• WA State Registered Nursing Degree-REQUIRED

• 2+ years Supervisory & Nursing experience

• Home Health , Home Care , Geriatric Care Management experience
