Secretary Service Technician (spokane, wa) Full-time

The assistant support tech. does work under the supervision of the lead support tech. and the community supervisor to prepare previously emptied condos for market readiness and available to lease to another tenant.



Duties:

- Receives make ready job; collects all necessary equipment, and supplies needed to make an apartment available to rent.

- Check AC unit, heating unit, water heater, and all appliances; make little repairs if required

- Fix or change baseboards or trim as needed.

- Polish cupboards and other wooden things as required.

- Fix holes in walls and perform painting tasks as required.



Required Qualifications:

- 6 months experience performing work that needs consistent manual activity.

- Previous make ready work in property management.

- Should be able to perform physical labor and to life heave weights regularly.
