We offer flexible schedules, which allow you to earn income and use your interpersonal skills within a challenging yet fun and supportive job environment while providing non-medical services in the homes of our senior clients. This is a great opportunity whether you are semi-retired, retired or just looking for a positive change.
We are currently hiring for 3 to 12 hour shifts as well as 2 to 5 day live-in shifts. Our home care services include the following:
Caring companionship
Meal preparation
Shopping and errands
Incidental transportation
Light housekeeping
Laundry & linen changes
Medication reminders
Assistance with bathing & toileting
Other needed tasks to improve and maintain our clients' safety, security and quality of life.
Requirements:
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Must have current NAC or an NAR with documented long term care experience in 2011-OR-
willing to complete HCA training and certification process upon hire.
3 to 6 months caregiving experience preferred.
Must possess valid driver's license, auto insurance and a good driving record.
Must pass a drug screening and criminal history background check.
Applicants must be patient, reliable, communicative, compassionate, able to work independently and
enjoy working with senior citizens.
