Employment Support Specialist (Spokane WA)

SKILS'KIN is a non-profit corporation that provides employment and support services for individuals with disabilities. We are currently looking for an on-call Employment Support Specialist for our Pathways and Employment Services Departments.
Duties: Perform job coaching duties for individuals with disabilities on an on-call basis.
Assist individuals in a variety of employment settings in community.
Assist and provide on-the job training and daily job duties to ensure the individual's success in their employment.
Identify and resolve problems, manage multiple priorities, work under stressful situations and work independently.
Must be organized and have ability to work with multiple clients. Training and certifications provided.
Education/Experience: High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience working with persons with disabilities preferred.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Will be responsible for your own case notes.
Empathy for those with disabilities or disadvantages is required.
Must pass background check, pre-employment drug test, have a current driver's license with good driving record, maintain vehicle insurance, and be insurable by SKILS'KIN vehicle insurance carrier.
Must be 21 or older to be insurable.
