Part-Time Receptionist (Post Falls, ID) Part-time

Part-Time Receptionist needed at Expressions School of Performing Arts in Post Falls, ID. Please reply by emailing your resume and cover letter.



Work Duties:

Provide customer service to students, parents, and teachers

Inform and assist students in registering for dance and music classes

Inform and assist parents in billing setup and payment

Database entry of registration and billing

Answer phone inquiries, mailing and filing



Required Skills:

Ability to provide friendly, professional and helpful customer service

Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet required deadlines

Ability to thoroughly learn and professionally describe music and dance programs and policies to students and parents

Ability to accurately figure payments, receive money, and give change

Ability to accurately enter database information

Trustworthy, honest, and pleasant



Part-Time Hours:

Monday 2:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Tuesday 2:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Thursday 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm

Saturday 9:00 am -12:00 noon

Occasional substitute hours for other receptionist Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 2:00pm-9:00 pm





  • Location: Post Falls, ID

  • Compensation: $8.25 per hour
