POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for establishing, developing and implementing the production strategy of the fiber product line with the single focus of driving improved profitability and enabling product line growth. Providing leadership for a cross-functional team responsible for developing new and alternative fiber production strategies including sourcing, manufacturing, testing, packaging and shipping.

Proven experience with operations, supply chain management, sourcing, and products
Understanding leadership in the selling of products and solutions in a direct and channel distribution model
Strong work ethic, deep-rooted character, and an insatiable desire for growth

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides program management leadership associated with executing production transition plans
Designs and develops optimal manufacturing techniques and production systems to support high volume, low mix rack production, as well as high mix, low volume fiber and accessory production
Maintain close supervision over the specified production areas to ensure proper development and implementation of procedures, as well as adherence to the production schedule
Make recommendations for capital expenditures related to operations, as well as working with accounting on budgets for operations
Determines equipment, tool and training needs for production and develops manufacturing processes for new product designs or modifications to existing process for new products
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, marketing or related field, plus five years' related work experience
Excellent leadership ability and motivational techniques
Excellent communication, organizational and problem solving skills

WORK ENVIRONMENT
An employee in this position works in an office environment and on a manufacturing floor and is subject to higher noise levels from time to time.
