This individual will be repairing industrial machinery on rolling equipment and vehicles, CNC machine tools, manual machine tools, power tools, and hand tools. He or she will be performing scheduled and unplanned maintenance of saws, presses, cranes, mist collectors, bag houses, and oxy-fuel and plasma cutting equipment. Maintenance will also be performed on lifting devices, overhead cranes, coolant systems, ultra-filtration systems, and compressed air systems. Scheduled and unplanned maintenance of facility buildings and grounds, HVAC systems, sprinkler systems, plumbing and sewer, lighting, gates, fencing, and office furniture. He or she will also be performing routine service maintenance on equipment. This candidate will be performing maintenance project planning and obtaining quotes for repair and new parts. This individual will be reading blueprints and schematics, maintenance manuals, and manufacturer guidelines to complete these repairs. He or she will be troubleshooting to diagnose and perform mechanical and electrical repairs. This position will be on a rotating shift between day shift and swing shift.



The most qualified candidate should have a high school diploma or GED and 3-5 years as a facility maintenance technician. The ideal candidate will be someone who has experience repairing and troubleshooting automation controls machines (CNC machines), and he or she will have extensive electrical and mechanical repair experience. This candidate should have a strong knowledge of PLC's and 3 phase electrical systems and also possess extensive experience with industrial manufacturing electricity with an emphasis in motor control circuitry. He or she must be able to problem solve and troubleshoot and make mechanical repairs.



This position is a full time permanent position. This position has a wage of $20-$22/hr based on experience.



Required Skills:

•Three to five years of industrial maintenance or as a facility maintenance technician

•Must have electronic controls experience

•Must be detail oriented

•Must have a strong problem solving attitude

•Must be able to work a rotating day swing shift

•Must be able to pass an extensive background check
