Receptionist needed full time at a out patient addiction treatment facility. This position would be repsponsible for answering multiline phones, routing calls, patient check in, funds receipt and other general office duties.



High school graduate or equivalent and one (1) year of experience in an office setting required. AA degree in office administration or related study preferred and experience in the industry is helpful.



Needs strong interpersonal communication, empathic, organizational and multitasking abilities. Must be detail oriented and maintain strict ethical and professional boundaries, willingness to work in a change based environment, use independent critical thinking and be self directed with little supervision needed. Posess the ability to manage several projects simultaneously and have a basic knowledge of secretarial.



Special Requirements: sit/bend at desk majority of work day. Pre employment conditions require a clean urine analysis, current TB test, background check and reference checks.
