We are seeking an Estimator/Service Oriented Individual. This position is responsible for reading blueprints, quoting, drawing up submittals and bid packages. The candidate will maintain, review, and disseminate all project documentation regularly to management.



The ideal candidate will be able to:

Work on multiple projects simultaneously;

Have excellent organizational, paperwork and time management skills;

Strong focus on details and results;

Ability to work independently with limited supervision or as part of a team;

Research ability a must;

Ability to multi-task at a fast pace.

Must have a minimum of 5 years estimating experience to apply.

Excellent customer service skills.

Proficient with basic computer programs, with ability to learn new programs (ie. Quickbooks)
