The maintenance supervisor will perform a wide variety of general labor tasks, supervisory oversight and relevant duties as required. The nature of job needs consistent physical work in performing required tasks, and continuous exposure to working conditions where injuries may be encountered.

PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Able to do work independently with minimal supervision or help.
  
• Caliber to respond and perform work order requests fast.
  
• Turn vacant units and make them ready for move-in.
  
• General maintenance of the units and landscaping, which includes cleaning all public areas.
  
• Have excellent organizational abilities in order to keep an accurate and up-to-date inventory of materials and supplies.
  
• Good communicating skills.

• Location: Spokane


• Compensation: $17 hourly
