Manufacturing Manager (spokane, WA) Full-time

Searching for a FT manufacturing manager.



Responsibilities include

- Operating the department proficiently and effectively.

- Supervise workflow as well as supplies

- Must possess a good work attitude

- Do machine fixes as needed

- Supervise and coach workers in their daily tasks

- Give employee reviews

- Train associates

- Supervise work of employees in production team.



Mechanical skills needed

- Implement all company regulations

- Should be able to lift and move heavy objects

- High school diploma required and college degree is an added benefit

- Must possess 2 yrs. of organizational experience
