The (PM) Retail Supervisor/Hourly is expected to perform a variety of duties such as customer service, cash handling/audits, implementation and effectiveness of company programs. Other responsibilities include monitoring safety guidelines, monitoring HACCP Logs, training employees, assisting Retail Manager with schedules, placing orders, holding employees accountable. Coaching and counseling staff as needed provides continuous feedback on performance and applies appropriate developmental tools to assist in their individual growth. The Retail Supervisor/Hourly is expected to implement and maintain all promotions. Work with marketing department to keep up with current trends and implementing these trends. The Retail Supervisor/Hourly works with customers to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service, and problem resolution.



Completion of vocational training program (or) 12 -- 18 months previous supervisory experience

Coffee/Barista experience required

Ability to read and comprehend English preferred

Washington State Food Handler Permit

Must meet State Labor Laws if operating equipment

Must be able to lift 30 lbs or more

Evening Shift; Weekend work may be required
