Spokane's newest & most charming bakeshop is searching for amazing bakers & cake artists to join our team!! We are looking for 2 part time rock star bakers to add to our family. You can be a seasoned veteran or a diamond in the rough waiting to unleash your inner cake boss; but the bottom line is you must be willing to continually learn, work hard and be a part of our amazing team!! The positions will be part time to start (15-25 hrs/week) with the opportunity to quickly advance to full time for the right motivated individuals! This is an extremely fast paced bakery & you need to be able to thrive in that kind of environment to be a good fit. You will be successful with us if you:



~ Have a passion for serving people & understand the impact you can have on someone's day



~ Have a sense of humor & can roll with the punches



~ Can think on your feet & outside the box & don't need someone watching over your shoulder to make sure you get the job done



~ Be a hard worker that acts with honesty, fairness & integrity even when no one is looking



~ Be able to replace your baking habits with ours



~ Must be Flexible, as hours will vary between 4am - 6pm with the possibility of grave yard or swing style shifts in the near future



~ Must be able to lift 50 lbs, be on your feet for long periods of time & be able to do simple accurate math in your head



Please have a resume that includes current & related work experience, references & availability, as well as 2 pictures of cakes, cupcakes or cookies that you have decorated in buttercream, royal icing or fondant.
