Experienced Server/Bartender (North Spokane)

We are looking to hire a waiter/bartender for our venue and event restaurant in North Spokane. We are looking to expand our current team of professionals for our larger events. This is a part time position on mostly Friday and Saturday evenings, with the occasional banquet event during the week. This is a great position for someone with a flexible schedule and someone seeking to work a few days per month. Job begins immediately upon hire.
Employee Requirements:
Must be at least 21years of age
Must have current health card or be able to obtain one prior to Wednesday February 22.
Must have current Class 12 liquor permit
Must have experience with both waiting tables and bartending. Waiters will need to be able to make their own drinks without training
Must have excellent basic math skills and be able to calculate the bill and accept payment manually.
Must know how to market, sell, and serve all menu & drink items.
Display working knowledge of all menu items and prices.
Observe diners to fulfill any additional requests.
We are a family owned and operated business and are looking for individuals how are willing to do all positions. As a family we strongly believe that no individual is "too good" for a position. Thus everyone will be expected to jump in to food prep, serving, dishwashing, etc if needed.
We do background checks before hire and reserve the right to do drug tests before hire and randomly during employment. If this is a problem for you please do not apply.
Our main priorities are customer service, quality, cleanliness and speed. We are looking for someone who is outgoing, energetic, reliable, dependable and loyal.
