Requirements:



Hospitality management experience preferred (preferably in a casual dining or full service concept) as well as:

• Be able to lead by example and coach/supervise others;

• Positively impact daily shift activities and financial results;

• Have a commitment to sanitation standards & food safety;

• Build & maintain guest satisfaction/loyalty;

• Be ServSafe or food safety certified where applicable.



Good decision-making, a proactive leadership style, and a commitment/passion for quality and exceptional guest service are necessary to be successful.
