Position Summary: Working with the Executive Director, operationalizes client programming to substantially increase membership and attendance at events. Engages sponsors for participation in events and successfully involves new organizations. Supports the development of the Foundation and other fundraising efforts. Events production and membership development experience required.

Key Accountabilities:
1. Technology: Computer literacy and a high level of competence with Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, Access, Excel, Outlook and web-based applications. Must be able to manage data and records accurately and consistently and prepare reports.
2. Organizational Skills: Must be well-organized, excel at following up and completing projects, and able to work independently but request guidance as needed. Must have good time management skills. Must safeguard privacy of clients and handle confidential information appropriately.
3. Communication Skills: Must be able to work graciously with key sponsors and clients. Must be able to convey information in writing, over the phone, and in person in an accurate, clear and engaging manner. Must function well as part of a team and be able to report clearly and in a timely manner to members of the team. Cultural competence and intercultural communications skills a plus.
4. Community Service: Pursue a chosen volunteer leadership role in the community.

- Location: Spokane, WA
- Compensation: half time, range $20,000 to $24,000, with benefits
