CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (LIBERTY LAKE, WA)

PRIMARY FUNCTION: Responsible for all aspects of customer service from quoting to the shipping stage, provides support for manufacturing, interfaces with customers through email and phone to effectively manage accounts, and performs other related duties as required.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Solving problems associated with manufacturing processes and drawings on a frequent basis.
Provides quotes to customers.
Prepares the necessary documentation for the quote and order processing.
Recognizes and solves administrative and production related problems quickly and efficiently.
Receives purchase orders, expedites service related calls from customers and records, evaluates, and distributes critical information to all levels of administrative and production personnel as needed.
Practices continuous improvement by utilizing Lean Manufacturing and Problem Solving techniques.
Presents a courteous, helpful and professional attitude to customers and co-workers at all times.
As required, prepares charts, graphs and other aids on critical information trends etc., for presentation to customers and/or staff.
Responsible for following all procedures and safety requirements.
Contributes to efficient company operations by performing other related duties as assigned.
Ensure compliance with and follow documented Quality/ISO procedures as well as company and
department policy.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
BS in Business, Engineering or other related field or equivalent work experience in a manufacturing
environment.
Four (4) years experience with blueprint reading and related engineering documents.

Exceptional math, project management and problem solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications.
Customer service or sales related background preferred.
PHYSICAL/SENSORY REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
Ability to bend, stoop and lift.
