We are currently looking for three production supervisors. Individuals will be accountable for the guidance of department personnel while maintaining positive employee relations and dedication.
Requirements:
- 3-5 months supervisory acquaintance in a manufacturing setting
- Understanding of ISO, SPC and continuous ways
- Good organizational and leadership abilities
- Must have the ability to solve issues and remain detail oriented while meeting critical deadlines with changing preferences
- BS degree is preferred
