We are looking for a store manager for our Latah Creek Store in Spokane, WA.

The manager will have SUPERB CUSTOMER SERVICE~OUTSTANDING SERVICE AND THE KNOW HOW TO BE HOSPITABLE.
We view customer service as the highest priority of our restaurants and will show nothing less. From great hygiene to THE EVERYDAY ALL THE TIME SMILES to the FANTASTIC
PEOPLE SKILLS will be present in the store ALL OF THE TIME.

The Store Manager also will have knowledge on how to sell product. A GREAT SALESMAN/WOMAN will be the other side of the store manager. Know how to sell a pen? Know how to sell a sandwich?
Know how to sell a cell phone?? We need managers who know how to sell and will effectively sell around the clock!!

We are looking for a manger who has had food service industry experience; preferably QSR. We are looking to have atleast 2 years experience in a supervisory roll that consisted of:
*Managing 8-10 employees
*GIVING GREAT CUSTOMER HOSPITALITY
*Ringing in sales
*Deposits made daily
*Inventory control
*Product Orders/Invoicing
*Weekly Paperwork to be completed efficiently and accurately.
*Over Food Costs and Labor Percentages of the store to maximize profit.
*Giving the BEST QUALITY PRODUCT TO OUR CUSTOMERS.
*Maintenance on equipment
*Rewarding/Disciplining Crew
*And…anything else that you can bring to the table.

Our Store Managers/Senior Sales Team will exemplify the GREATEST customer service skills and time management. We also like to see that the managers know how to have fun and reward the crew…keeping the morale up
and high while keeping to all policies and keeping accountability in the store ALWAYS….
