SOUTHERN CROSS has been a service provider to the natural gas industry for over 60 years, as a leader in gas line inspection. Our employees travel throughout the country, walk over gas lines, and survey for leaks.

Company is seeking dependable, reliable, self-starters for the position of Gas Leak Survey Technician. Applicants must be able to travel the country for long periods of time and work without close supervision. The travel is from job to job without returning home; each job lasting 4 to 5 months. We hire and train (Paid training) technicians year-round.

Southern Cross offers full-time and seasonal employment, hourly wages, travel allowances, health/dental insurance, 401K plan, and mileage reimbursement.

Requirements:

*You MUST have a RECREATIONAL VEHICLE (a motor vehicle equipped with living space and amenities found in a home. For instance: Fifth-wheel trailer, Motorhome, RV, etc.) in order to apply for this position.

*A personal vehicle – (if couples want to apply, you must have two vehicles).

Compensation:

*$8.00/hr
*$2.30/hr – usage of your own vehicle/non-taxable
*$180/week – weekly allowance/non-taxable
*Full benefits package- paid vacations, paid holidays, health/dental/vision insurance,401K plan.
