Helpdesk/Desktop Technicians (Spokane)

Responsible for enterprise client hardware and software support. Provide timely status updates to clients and Client Services Site Manager. New hire helpdesk associates are compensated from $15.00 to $20.00 an hour, depending on skill sets.
Job Specifications:
- Replacement and Installation of new computer hardware.
- Answer calls, log and track customer requests using a problem-tracking tool (cSupport). As appropriate, escalate problems to 1st and 2nd level support teams.
- Document detailed steps completed during problem resolution for future problem reproduction and resolution.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities: - Customer service experience
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, both written and spoken
- Excellent team player
Skill sets/Expertise - Windows 2003/XP
- MS Office
- MS Exchange Location: Spokane
Compensation: $15.00 to $20.00 an hour
