Whidbey Island Bank is seeking applicants for a Training & Development Manager located in either our Burlington or Oak Harbor office depending on preference. Individual will manage the organization’s training & dev. programs. Must have ability to develop training materials from concept to final presentation. Min. 5 yrs. exp. managing adult education and dev. programs, including min. 2 yrs. as Training Mgr., preferably in a financial institution. Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field (equivalent exp. will be considered in lieu of education). Will assist with relocation.
