If you know anything about Human Resources and have 1/2 a brain run screaming from Guenther Mgmt and Postive Changes - there is NOTHING positive about working for this employer! They will make you promises and not follow through. If you know HR Laws and are not willing to bend don't even waiste your time with this company.
This company is ANTI Human Resources because they break many laws - they weed out resumes whom they think the person could be overwieght and image is everything for this company! BEWARE! They make claims of caring and the only thing they care about is the $$$ coming into the company.
They are a lawsuit waiting to happen -
