Front Desk Guest Services (Spokane)

Hotel Downtown seeking a personable, helpful, and professional candidate for our Front Desk.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Responsible for checking guests in and out of the hotel
-Sales of hotel rooms and meeting rooms
-Clerical duties include answering multiple phone lines, faxing, copying, emails, and internet use
-Works in conjunction with housekeeping staff to assist guests in their accommodation needs
-Assists in daily breakfast bar and evening cookies
-Arranges incoming groups and packages
-Operates computer equipment and reservation system
Preferred Qualifications:
Hospitality Experience
Customer Service Experience
