Contract Recruiter (Spokane) Part-time

We are looking for the best recruiter available to source, qualify, and maintain contact with, a pool of on-demand part-time operators for our outbound call center (research only, no sales calls).
Your qualifications must include the following:
Recent work for a call center.
Demonstrable results and excellent references.
Proven ability to work on your own.
Excellent communication and relationship skills.
Experience recruiting multi-lingual operators.
