Human Resources Director,
Spokane, Washington
Compensation $100-$115,000 Plus benefits
A acute-care hospital (1600 employees) is looking for an experienced Human Resources Director.
This position will report to the CEO, will be a member of the senior management team and will be responsible for the management of all Human Resources functions.
Responsibilities will include recruitment, retention, regulatory compliance, benefits, organizational development, employee relations, and JCAHO preparedness.
7 direct reports
Education:
Minimum requirements include bachelor degree in Human Resources
Experience:
Minimum 5 years experience as a Human Resources Director within a hospital. Healthcare experience required.
Ideal candidate will be a strong leader.
Bargaining and labor relations skills are KEY
Relocation possible
