SUMMARY: Performs detailed appraisals of residential, rural, and agricultural properties for property tax purposes, utilizing appraisal software on personal computer. Req’mts: Bachelor’s Degree in bus. or related field or equiv. yrs. of ed. and exp. MS Office XP, Windows XP prof. preferred or ability to obtain w/in 1st yr. of emp. Lic. real estate appraiser or cert. property tax appraiser as designated by the Idaho State Tax Com. preferred. Must possess valid dr. lic. and ability to be insured.
