SUMMARY: Performs variety of managerial, admin, and tech. duties in order to ensure the efficient operation of the Specialized Appraisal Division. Responsible for overall mgt of all commercial, industrial, manufactured home, personal property, and timber/agricultural lands appraisal activities, resulting value conclusions, and statutory compliance. There are 7 positions in the div, under the direct supervision of mgr. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent exper. MS Office 2007, Windows XP preferred. Gen, certified real estate appraiser or cert. property tax appraiser as designated by the Idaho State Tax Commission preferred. Must possess valid driver’s license.
