Independent Sales Rep (Coeur D'alene) Part-time

A rapidly growing national multi-family rental housing Internet Listing Service specializing in Internet marketing of affordable rental housing, seeks a motivated, hard working individual to build sales and streamline the sales team?s administrative process. The successful candidate will be responsible for: Processing all new accounts through our listing system. Customer support for all existing accounts. Light bookkeeping including invoicing of clients and making follow-up payment reminder calls on all past due AR accounts. Driving revenue through direct sales and marketing including initial prospecting, customer relationship building, closing sales and managing and retaining current accounts. Representing the company at trade shows and multi-family industry meetings. The successful candidate will have: Experience with direct sales and marketing including initial prospecting, customer relationship building, closing the sale and managing and retaining current accounts. Strong oral and written communication skills. Experience with multiple software programs and web services including QuickBooks Online, Salesforce.com, MS Office, web content management systems, etc. Ability to multi-task and be well organized. Ability and desire to travel to trade shows, industry meetings and large corporate accounts. Special consideration for candidates with: Experience in, or knowledge of property management in the multifamily apartment industry Experience with online sales, online classified ad sales, or print/online media publications Understanding of the affordable housing industry a plus Full Time/Part Time available. Compensation based on experience with lucrative salary plus commission package.
