Associate Manager (spokane) Part-time

Do you love working with customers, but hate retail hours? Simply Self Storage is looking for Part time Property Managers that are energetic; detail oriented and have the desire to take full ownership of their properties. Our Managers oversee the daily operations of storage facilities and are responsible for but not limited to the following: - Rental of storage units. - Managing Accounts Receivable. - Sales of all ancillary items. - Aggressive Marketing / Networking to local businesses - Delivering superior customer service through proper telephone and in-person contact. - Light cleaning and maintenance work required.Requirements:Requirements:- Must be able to consistently to provides legendary customer service, and be people friendly and have a positive attitude - A valid and current Drivers License is required. - Light cleaning and maintenance work required. - Must be able to work weekends and holidays. - Intermediate Microsoft PC skills are required. - High School Diploma or equivalent - Must have own reliable transportation- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds

Compensation: $11.00
