Supervise and manage work flow in food production facility. Responsible for 25-35 workers on third shift (10:00 pm - 6:30 am), this position requires minimum 3 yrs experience managing at least 15 people and the ability to work in the production process, lifting up to 50 lbs. Experience with food safety and production equipment is essential; food production or high volume restaurant experience is a plus. The sucessful candidate will have the ability to communicate with management and staff, both verbally and in writing; computer skills are essential. Pay range is 40-50K per year with benefits.
