Estimator in Cost Segregation (Spokane, Washington) Full-time

Construction Estimator experienced in all phases of construction and renovations

Primary responsibility to review project plans/specifications to perform cost estimates for shopping malls, restaurants, office buildings,

and industrial projects. Extensive knowledge in Excel spreadsheets, Microsoft Office, Estimating software (RS Means/Marshall & Swift)

or Timberline.

Must be detail oriented professional, a self-starter able handle stress and meet deadlines without becoming GRUMPY!

Ideally, 3-5 years experience with a BS in Architectural, Engineering, or Construction Management. Subcontractor status for

project to project.
