This position is responsible for the overall performance of the branch in meeting key corporate goals and objectives. This position exists to supervise day to day operations including service, parts, production and purchasing. This position directly supports the company effort to create 100% customer satisfaction in a profitable manner.Specific Responsibilities:• Work directly with Seattle CSCM to provide support toward reaching branch budgetary goals and controlling expenses.• Conduct day to day operations in accordance with company policies.• Assist in recruitment process to fill open positions• Assist with regard to employee motivation, discipline and/or discharge issues.• Solicit aftermarket sales opportunities for parts, sales, overhauls and rentals.• Provide estimating and quoting as required. • Supervise and work with Service Coordinator and assist in meeting department sales goals.• Work with customers on all aspect of equipment needs.• Work with all personnel to create a safe and healthy work environment.• Perform other related duties as necessary or assigned.Education & Experience:• Bachelors degree in Business or a Technical discipline required; equivalent experience may be substituted for this degree requirement. • Minimum of five years of industry related experience, with a background in support services and a demonstrable mechanical aptitude. Skills:• Must demonstrate the ability to know how businesses work and have knowledge in current and possible future policies, practices, trends, technology, and information affecting hisher business and organization.• Must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to relate with all levels of the customer and business segments.• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.• Advanced user of Microsoft Office software including Excel and Word.
