Claire's is a leading international retailer seeking a dynamic Part-time Manager for our Claire's and Icing stores in the Spokane Valley Mall. We are looking for an individual with a high level of energy, fashion awareness and love of people. Our store environment is structured and very fast paced. Successful Part-time Managers meet the following qualifications:
1. Fast learners who understand customers come first.
2. Can work on their own without supervision.
3. Understand the importance of working with a sense of urgency to accomplish all tasks within required time frames
4. Meet sales goals.
5. Follow company policies and procedures as well as corporate direction.
6. Must have previous retail experience with a proven performance record.
7. Must be able to work mall hours including weekends. This position is mainly afternoon/evenings and weekends but would prefer the flexibility of being able to work morning shifts if needed. Hours per week will vary based on time of year. Generally this position is 12-20 hours a week.
8. Must understand the responsibility and accountability required in a management position.
