Fast paced produce wholesaler seeks an innovative and meticulous individual for an entry level IT Support position. Our salary and benefits package includes medical and dental coverage, lifeinsurance, disability insurance, 401K Plan with match and a bonus opportunity.
Responsibilities:
Help monitor & maintain servers (Windows 2003 & AIX), pcÂ’s, printers & copiers.
Application software support. MS Office, Exchange, Docuware & Novatime.
Maintain/Improve company website via web programming and/or tools.
Banner Printing/Setup using Mac Pro and Canon Plotter Printer
Help administer MS SQL Server and IBM Universe databases.
Basic network & security administration functions.
Help monitor & maintain company phone system.
Though infrequent, available for after hours problems and system maintenance. Would share duties with other person. Most problems can be addressed remotely.
Qualifications:
• Previous professional technical experience in information systems or degree.
• Writing, documentation and communication skills, fluent in English.
• Pass a background check
• Negative drug test result(s)
