Support Services Manager (Spokane)

TROI IT Solutions is continuing to grow! We are in search of a high caliber individual with a minimum of 5 yearÂ’s progressively responsible management/supervisory experience to join our growing IT firm. This position will be responsible for managing the day to day operations of our Support Analyst division thus must have experience in a help desk/customer service/call center environment, a thorough understanding of technology applications, and previous client services experience. Some on call and limited overnight travel may be expected.
Ideal candidate will be able to understand the concepts of PC hardware installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. Must also be comfortable assisting with escalated tickets and projects as needed, and be a resource for Tier I, Tier II, and Tier 3 employees. Exposure to Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows Server 2003, Windows Server 2008, Windows Small Business Server 2003, Office 2003, Office 2007, Citrix, VoIP, Active Directory, NTFS Permissions, and video conferencing would be considered a definite plus.
