Busy Hayden Software Company seeks Technical Support Representative to support its line of insurance software products.
Qualified candidates will have at least 4 years technical support, networking, SQL database, and Windows OS experience. Special consideration will be given to candidates with insurance or accounting experience. Candidates must have excellent communication skills, and be comfortable working on the phone.
