Lead person must be willing to hang door hangers, to increase lawn maintenance customers. Currently route takes approximately three days for a two man crew to finish. Goals of the company are first to have five full days for a crew then hopefully five or more full crews.<br /> This lead person must have experience with the fast pace, but quality work of lawn maintenance. Must have experience and knowledge of how to prune, trim, shape, maintain, etc. of shrubs, plants, trees, ground cover or anything living in the landscape. Must have experience with lawn mowing and edging in a commercial setting. The position will require a fast and detailed work ethic, while working safe at the same time. This is a lead position and will require management of other team members and attention to detail of daily paperwork. Must have a driver&#8217;s license and must have a recent driving abstract. As our company grows and moves forward, so will responsibility and pay. Pay will start at $10 per hour and will go to $11 per hour after 60 days if company is heading in the right direction.
